Quote of the day

I was looking at Mark Cuban’s blog (Blog Maverick) yesterday and he had a post “Newspapers, Stupidity and Shackleford”. To be honest, I’m not even sure what he was ranting about but, he mentioned the name Charles Shackleford and that reminded me of a famous quote, which I’ll get to in a sec. To make a short story long, Charles Shacklerford was a highly regarded basketball player from North Carolina in the late 80’s and played five or six years in the NBA. Anyway, when he was in college at NC State he made a quote to a reporter that still makes me laugh to this day.

“Left hand, right hand, it doesn’t matter. I’m amphibious.”

To no surprise, Charles Shackelford was busted with a gun, coke and weed recently; oh yeah, and his 19 y/o girlfriend was driving the car when they were busted.
