Comment and trackback spam is out of control.

The comment and trackback spam is getting ridiculous. For some reason lately, I’ve been getting an excessive amount of comment and trackback spam attempts. Does this crap actually work for spammers? Luckily enough I use Movable Type for my blogs and have all of the spam plug-ins to keep that shit off my sites. Nevertheless, the spammers keep trying. The comment spam attempts that I’ve been getting lately are written in a way that makes them sound almost legit. Some of them are real funny so I thought I would share some of the better ones with you. The following are some of the funnier comment spam that I’ve received (the links have been changed):

“Nice job. I’m planning to come back here in the future. black girls on their mission: , think that will make relief , black girls on their mission”

“I’m asking myself: How can it be that I’ve never ran through your site before? It’s a great one! substances that cure you: http: thins that excited you at 14 , think that will make relief”

“Hey! I liked your site very much! thins that excited you at 14:thins that excited you at 14 , my parents didnt told me about it”

“Great blog. It’s nice to be here! think that will make relief: , substances that cure you , substances that cure you”
