Boost Mobile Rockcorps
This is a pretty cool thing that Boost Mobile is doing/did. They have set-up concert in six cities (Atlanta, DC, Los Angeles, NY, Minneapolis and Chicago) that feature big time bands. The cool thing about this is they are trading tickets for 4 hours of your time. Your time is used in cleaning up your city, planting trees and covering up graffiti.
It looks like they’ve been to all of the cities mentioned above except NY. If you’re in NY and want to get involved, check out their site.
